Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email/message from the Arif Castles.

2. Cancellation Policy.

• You may cancel free of charge within 7 days before arrival.
• You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 7 days before arrival.
• No shows will incur cancellation fee.

3. Refund Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method. Any payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

In case of failed transactions where the amount is deducted but booking is not confirmed, the refund will be initiated automatically.
